Content Creator Intern – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

Join the marketing team at Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre as a Content Creator Intern and help amplify the hotel’s brand across digital and print channels. You will work on real‑world campaigns, produce engaging visual and written content, and support the overall digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule on‑brand social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, engage with followers, and assist with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Produce written, photographic and video content that showcases hotel experiences, events, and amenities.
• Edit images and videos to maintain high brand standards.
• Maintain the digital asset library and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, menus and signage.
• Support email newsletters, promotional events and market research initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and familiarity with photography/videography.
