Content Creator Intern – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

Novotel Sharjah Expo Center is looking for a creative Content Creator Intern to support its marketing team. You will help amplify the hotel’s brand across digital and print platforms while gaining hands‑on experience in hospitality marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, suggest optimisations and assist with paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Produce written, visual and video content that showcases the hotel’s rooms, food outlets and events.
• Capture photography and videography, edit assets to maintain brand standards.
• Maintain the digital asset library and ensure brand guidelines are up‑to‑date.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, menus and signage.
• Support email newsletters, coordinate promotional events and conduct market research.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and familiarity with photography/videography.
