Content Creator & Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, data‑driven professional who can produce viral social‑media content and scale sales through Meta advertising. The ideal candidate blends AI‑enhanced insights with performance‑marketing expertise to drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑performing content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels and other platforms.
• Develop viral content strategies based on audience behaviour, trends and platform algorithms.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, audience targeting, campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
• Drive sales, leads and revenue while reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Build retargeting and look‑alike audience campaigns to improve efficiency and scale.

Required profile

• Growth‑focused marketer with a strong creative mindset.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable interpreting performance metrics.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and lowering CAC.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and short‑form video production skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance‑marketing principles.
• Deep knowledge of social‑media algorithms and content distribution systems.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, analytics and campaign optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API and other tracking/attribution tools.
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies.
