Content Creator – Visual Media for Hospitality Brand

About the role

The Content Creator will craft engaging visual stories that showcase Amaya's artistic, lifestyle‑focused brand and guest experience. Working on‑site in Dubai, you will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to capture key moments, events, and culinary highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute photo and video shoots within the restaurant and lounge.
• Create and publish content for social media platforms, the website and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to capture real‑time events and culinary highlights.
• Maintain and update content calendars, adapting assets for each platform.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise storytelling based on insights.

Required profile

• Strong visual content skills, including photography, videography and basic editing.
• Experience managing social media accounts and planning content across major platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Comfort working on‑site in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with culinary, operations and marketing teams.
• Organisational talent for managing calendars and meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in media, communications, marketing or design preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial.
