Contract and Requirement Coordination Senior Engineer

About the role

The Contract and Requirement Coordination (CRC) Senior Engineer ensures end‑to‑end consistency, clarity and traceability of contractual commitments and customer requirements for turbofan propulsion systems. Working within Powertech, the engineer translates market needs and platform integration requirements into clear product objectives and supports the product roadmap from pre‑contract through in‑service support.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract establishment and negotiation with customers and OEM partners.
• Translate contractual clauses into actionable technical and commercial requirements.
• Monitor contract compliance throughout all program phases, including pre‑development, development, joint‑venture and supply‑chain activities.
• Coordinate activities at the interface between OEM partners and platform customers, managing information exchange, risk mitigation and tool/process alignment.
• Define and manage interface processes, ensuring alignment with advanced manufacturing, supply‑chain and technology transfer initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer with proven experience in contract and requirement coordination.
• Strong understanding of aerospace and defence propulsion systems.
• Ability to act as the primary interface with platform customers and OEM partners.
