Contract Manager

About the role

DP World is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the end‑to‑end management of contracts with clients, vendors and partners across its global trade operations. The role will ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risks and support the seamless flow of trade activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, negotiate and manage contracts with external parties.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory and organisational standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement and operational teams on contract matters.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables and timelines.
• Manage contract variations, claims, renewals and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to contracts.
• Develop and improve contract management processes and best practices.
