Senior Immigration Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Immigration Consultant to join our Dubai team, providing expert guidance to clients on visa, residency and work‑permit matters. The role involves managing end‑to‑end immigration cases while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to identify immigration goals and assess eligibility for relevant programmes.
• Prepare, review and organise all required documentation for visa and work‑permit applications.
• Assist clients in completing application forms and supporting paperwork.
• Monitor application progress, communicate updates and liaise with embassies, consulates and government agencies.
• Identify missing or inconsistent documents and advise clients on corrective actions.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure submissions comply with current immigration laws.
• Stay informed about changes to visa policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, administration, legal and documentation teams to meet service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing or related customer‑service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or case‑management systems.
• Organisational and time‑management capabilities.
