Contracts Manager

About the role

Fisher HR is recruiting a Contracts Manager in Dubai. The role covers the preparation, review and management of construction, consultant and supplier contracts, ensuring they match project needs and agreed commercial terms.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage construction, consultant and supplier contracts, keeping them aligned with project requirements and agreed commercial terms.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines and compliance, maintain contract records and prepare regular reports.
• Manage contract variations, claims and change orders, and identify contractual risks and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, project management and legal teams.
• Support tender evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.

Required profile

• 7-12 years of relevant contracts experience, including real estate development projects.
• Experience managing construction contracts and consultant agreements for property developments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or a directly related discipline.

Required skills

• Good understanding of contract administration, variations, claims and contractual risks.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
• Strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills.
