Contracts Manager – Mixed‑Use Development

About the role

Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its Al Ain team, focusing on mixed‑use development projects for a key client. You will ensure contracts, specifications and procurement processes align with project goals and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications and contracts to confirm correct equipment, materials and subcontractor services are ordered.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver commercial and contracts reports as required.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, negotiate terms, award supplier contracts and update existing agreements.
• Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress and resolve issues with clients and suppliers.
• Analyze potential risks in contract terms and ensure all deadlines and conditions are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably on mixed‑use development projects.
• Basic knowledge of legal requirements related to contracts.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with staff, managers and external partners at varying seniority levels.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent discipline.
