Contracts Manager – Offshore Project

About the role

The Contracts Manager will oversee all contractual and commercial activities for the ADNOC Offshore Project, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, project procedures, and industry best practices. The role serves as the central point of contact for contractual matters between ADNOC Offshore, the PMC team, EPC contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration and management of EPC, procurement, consultancy, and service contracts.
• Interpret contractual provisions and provide guidance to project and functional teams.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and maintain accurate contract records.
• Develop and implement contract administration procedures, controls, and registers.
• Administer contract amendments, variations, and change orders.
• Protect ADNOC’s commercial interests, evaluate commercial implications of project changes, and support cost‑control teams.
• Lead assessment and management of contractor claims, counter‑claims, and disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of contract management experience, preferably on offshore oil & gas projects.
• Demonstrated experience working with ADNOC Offshore or similar stakeholders.
