Contracts Specialist – Procurement & Legal

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and agreements for our clients in Dubai. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and monitoring contractual documents while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and minimizing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, draft and review contracts, agreements and amendments in coordination with relevant departments.
• Align contracts with tender results, RFPs and approved technical and financial offers.
• Review scope of work, pricing, payment schedules, duration, SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate contract signing procedures and ensure all required documentation is completed before implementation.
• Monitor bank guarantees, performance guarantees, validity periods, renewals and releases.
• Track suppliers’ contractual obligations and liaise with project managers on implementation progress.
• Manage contract amendments, change orders, extensions, renewals and other modifications.
• Provide notifications for contract start, expiry, renewal or closure.
• Review payment requests against milestones, deliverables and completion certificates.
• Prepare official correspondence, notices and periodic reports on contract status, values and risks.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts, amendments, guarantees and related documents.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract management and government procurement processes.
• Ability to draft, review and analyze contracts, proposals and commercial requirements.
• Excellent risk and obligation management capabilities.
• Effective negotiation, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• High accuracy, strong reporting and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement and electronic financial systems.
