Controller – Finance & Demand

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead financial planning, analysis, and control for the division’s commercial operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures budgeting, forecasting, and supply security align with corporate objectives while providing strategic financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement finance strategies that support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead the Affiliate Management Team in creating and tracking forecasts (Plan, LRP, LBE) and performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights through financial analysis, scenario modelling, and performance reviews.
• Advise on strategic growth initiatives and monitor operational performance against financial plans.
• Support new business development and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and deliver timely financial reporting.
• Drive GTN and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Oversee demand and supply management, inventory planning, and working‑capital efficiency.
• Manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution to optimize logistics costs while maintaining service levels.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams to strengthen business planning.
• Develop a high‑performance finance team through talent acquisition and retention programs.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, monitor monthly performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of senior‑level finance/accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or FMCG.
• Proven leadership of finance teams.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and self‑motivation abilities.
