Cooling Tower Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Cooling Tower Technician to join our Service Department in Dubai. The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling towers, ensuring reliable operation for our clients across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, preventive and corrective maintenance of cooling towers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including fans, motors, gearboxes, belts, bearings, pumps, nozzles and fill media.
• Perform cleaning, inspection and component replacement as required.
• Respond to breakdown and service calls at client sites and prepare basic service reports.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company quality standards.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in cooling tower servicing and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of cooling tower components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Previous experience working in the GCC region is preferred.
• Ability to travel to different client locations and work independently.
