Coordinator - Land Freight

About the role

The Coordinator – Land Freight will oversee the efficient operation of land freight activities within the Logistics Cluster, managing vehicle arrangements, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange vehicles according to specifications, inform drivers and follow up on task completion.
• Plan transportation routes, select transport modes and track shipments for cost‑effective delivery.
• Work with service providers to ensure on‑time execution and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain vehicle asset records, monitor fuel costs and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints and ensure renewal of driver/vehicle certifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or business administration qualifications are a plus.
• 3‑4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts in a results‑oriented environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with transportation management systems or logistics software.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills in English.
