Corporate Account Manager (Restaurant-QSR)

About the role

We are hiring a Corporate Account Manager to join our Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) team. You will partner with leading QSR and limited‑service restaurant brands across the Middle East & Africa to improve guest experience, reduce operating costs, drive revenue growth, and safeguard food safety and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with existing corporate/national QSR accounts to hit sales targets.
• Identify key decision‑makers and influencers at HQ and regional level.
• Lead contract renewals and coordinate value merchandising at corporate headquarters.
• Run quarterly/annual business reviews with corporate and regional stakeholders.
• Manage product trials, new product launches, and pricing negotiations.
• Develop new global, regional, and national QSR accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans and present value‑based solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional service and sales teams to meet revenue, profit, and service‑standard targets.
• Maintain industry network to spot new opportunities early.
• Ensure full compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of B2B/corporate sales experience with deals above USD 500K.
• Existing senior/executive‑level relationships in QSR or a related industry.
• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Fluent English.
