Corporate Ambassador

About the role

The Corporate Ambassador will deliver high‑quality, empathetic customer service to walk‑in clients and other customers throughout their journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring inquiries and complaints are resolved efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Achieve individual and departmental KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Use the company’s CRM system to log, assess, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Verify documentation for new, renewal, and cancellation applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, services, and departmental processes.
• Take ownership of customer concerns, providing proactive problem‑solving and exceeding expectations.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the line manager or team leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational or customer‑service role.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills in English.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a strong problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
