Corporate Chef

About the role

Dives Holding is looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Chef to join its team in Dubai and provide culinary leadership across its growing portfolio of restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and opening support for new projects
• Conduct regular culinary and back-of-house audits across existing outlets
• Develop and improve menus and recipes in line with brand standards
• Ensure recipe standardization and accurate food costing
• Monitor food quality, portion control and wastage
• Develop, implement and maintain kitchen SOPs and operational standards
• Assess head chefs and culinary teams, providing coaching and training where required
• Review kitchen layouts, workflow and equipment needs for new projects
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure audit findings are addressed
• Travel internationally when required to support and oversee outlets

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Chef, Group Chef or Executive Chef in a multi-outlet restaurant environment
• Experience with pre-opening and restaurant openings
• Willingness to travel internationally when required

Required skills

• Menu development, food costing, kitchen operations and culinary standards (Turkish cuisine preferred)
• Leadership, training and team development skills
• Understanding of BOH audits, SOP implementation and operational controls
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
