Corporate Communications Manager – Corporate Affairs

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior Corporate Communications Manager to lead its corporate affairs function across the UAE. This high‑visibility position combines commercial growth, branding, media relations and government engagement, representing the group at the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Drive group‑level commercial growth and business development by identifying and converting corporate and institutional opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, strategic partners and GCC stakeholders.
• Lead the corporate brand strategy, positioning and identity across all business lines and communication channels.
• Act as the primary corporate spokesperson on television, digital media and press.
• Oversee media relations, public‑relations, corporate communications and reputation management.
• Represent the group at conferences, exhibitions, government forums and industry events.
• Develop and sustain relationships with government, semi‑government entities, ministries, authorities and industry associations.
• Support strategic positioning within national initiatives and public‑sector opportunities.
• Participate in high‑level negotiations, partnerships and corporate engagements.
• Travel regularly across the region and internationally as required.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Family Book.
• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate affairs, communications, branding, business development or commercial functions.
• Proven senior‑level or group‑level leadership experience.
• Current on‑camera spokesperson experience across TV, digital media or press.
• Established relationships with government and semi‑government stakeholders.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication and public‑speaking skills.
• Demonstrated commercial/revenue ownership or business‑development achievements.
• Strong executive presence, strategic judgement and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to undertake regular regional and international travel.
