Corporate Excellence Training Coordinator

About the role

The Corporate Excellence Training Coordinator will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of corporate excellence training programmes in Abu Dhabi, working closely with EFQM and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate corporate excellence training courses in collaboration with EFQM and other entities.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and meet with clients to understand their needs.
• Monitor and improve existing training mechanisms across various fields.
• Identify market needs and propose new training areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• EFQM certified assessor (EAT) or thorough knowledge of the EFQM model.
• Previous experience coordinating training programmes and preparing training calendars.
• Experience working closely with clients to customise courses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer/office programs related to training management.
