Corporate Investigations Financial & Regulatory Lead – EMEA

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to head its EMEA Corporate Investigations team focused on financial and regulatory compliance matters. The role will guide a high‑performing regional team, ensuring investigations are conducted impartially, efficiently and in line with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional investigations team, providing coaching, guidance and oversight.
• Manage internal and external resources to investigate complex allegations related to financial and regulatory misconduct.
• Define investigation scope, create investigative plans, conduct interviews and compile status reports.
• Recommend and implement remedial actions, ensuring alignment with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee notification, recording and reporting processes for all investigations.
• Develop and maintain processes for trend analysis and reporting of investigation data.
• Execute the global strategy set by the Global Director of Corporate Investigations.
• Collaborate with senior company leadership to assess and mitigate legal risks.

Required profile

• Associate Director or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Extensive background in corporate investigations, financial and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to corporate misconduct.
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills in high‑risk situations.
