Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer (5-8 PQE) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer (5‑8 years post‑qualification experience) to join a leading global law firm’s Middle‑East corporate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will take ownership of M&A transactions from inception to completion, working closely with senior partners and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate M&A deals, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of agreements.
• Manage private equity and venture‑capital transactions where required.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Provide strategic legal advice to corporate clients on structuring and regulatory matters.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor from the UK, US or Australia, admitted to practice.
• 5‑9 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in a Legal 500‑ranked firm.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate M&A, private equity or venture capital within the Middle‑East market.
• Strong track record of independently managing complex transactions.
