Corporate Strategy Officer (UAE National)

About the role

Join Etihad Airways' Corporate Strategy team in Abu Dhabi and support senior leadership with strategic projects, performance analysis, and enterprise planning. This full‑time position offers exposure to high‑impact decision‑making in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to inform strategy initiatives.
• Collect, validate and organise data from internal and external sources.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, briefing materials and governance documents for Board and Committee meetings.
• Assist in business case development, financial assessments and scenario analyses.
• Maintain research databases, strategic dashboards, trackers and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and monitor progress of strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to structure complex problems and produce clear recommendations.
• Experience in the airline, transport or infrastructure sector is preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under competing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for building complex financial models.
• Financial modeling.
