Corporate Tax Director

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Corporate Tax Director to join its Finance team. The role will lead tax compliance, reporting and planning for the resort, corporate offices and affiliated entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review VAT and income tax computations, returns, estimated payments and extensions.
• Manage tax fixed‑asset records, depreciation, capitalization, transfers and disposals.
• Collaborate with internal departments across the UAE and internationally to gather accounting data and address tax inquiries.
• Develop tax provisions, review income‑tax disclosures for financial statements and ensure SOX compliance.
• Oversee audits by tax authorities and support external financial audits.
• Assist in forecasting, tax planning, transfer‑pricing reports and cost‑segregation studies.
• Identify and implement process, system and automation solutions for efficient tax compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• CPA license or equivalent highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in accounting and/or tax, preferably with Big 4 exposure.
• Strong organizational, communication and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a high‑volume environment.
