Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Corporate Tax Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services for our diverse client portfolio in the UAE. The role involves overseeing corporate tax registrations, filings, and providing strategic tax advice to help clients navigate the evolving UAE and international tax landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely preparation and review of UAE Corporate Tax returns, provisions and supporting calculations across multiple clients.
• Manage corporate tax registration, deregistration and tax group formation, ensuring filings on EmaraTax meet statutory deadlines.
• Review book‑to‑tax adjustments, taxable income computations and disclosures in line with the Corporate Tax Law and relevant ministerial decisions.
• Act as primary point of contact for client engagements, monitoring progress, budgets and timelines to meet deliverables.
• Maintain engagement documentation, working papers and filing evidence that withstand Federal Tax Authority (FTA) audit scrutiny.
• Provide clear, practical advice on UAE corporate tax structuring and cross‑border tax matters.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with extensive experience in UAE corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of client engagements and deliver projects on time.
• Strong understanding of the UAE Corporate Tax Law, Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions, and FTA requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑focused mindset.

• Proficiency with EmaraTax filing platform.
