Cost Controller – Rail & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to support a major rail and infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor, control and report project costs, providing accurate forecasts and early warnings of budget risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and cost‑control system.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments, accruals and forecast expenditure against approved budgets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and variance analyses.
• Maintain Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts and support cash‑flow forecasting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Planning, Procurement, Contracts and Commercial teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3–7 years of cost‑control or project‑finance experience, preferably in construction, EPC, infrastructure or railway projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
