Cost Controller & Storekeeper for Time Out Market

About the role

We are seeking a Cost Controller cum Storekeeper to join the launch team of Abu Dhabi's first Time Out Market. The role combines finance oversight with inventory management to protect margins and ensure smooth F&B operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain robust control over food and beverage costs, wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
• Prepare and communicate variance analysis for F&B outlets.
• Update goods receipts, verify POS discounts, voids and settlements.
• Monitor cost of sales against budget and ensure correct menu pricing on POS.
• Conduct daily spot checks, monthly stock takes and quarterly FF&E counts.
• Produce daily, monthly and ad‑hoc cost reports, menu engineering analyses and ABC/EOQ models.
• Update recipes, pricing and items in the stock control system.
• Act as custodian of fixed assets and FF&E, performing quarterly counts.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with a strong grip on F&B cost control.
• Ability to analyse data, identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working closely with finance and market management teams.
