Counter Intrusion Trainer – Technical Training for Middle East Military

About the role

As a Counter Intrusion Trainer you will support Anduril’s Counter Intrusion Business by planning, resourcing, and delivering technical instruction for Middle‑East military users. You will act as a subject‑matter expert on Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) and ensure operators can employ Anduril’s air‑defense solutions safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical training, including New Equipment Training and Train‑the‑Trainer courses, for international operators and maintainers.
• Design and execute simulated training scenarios aligned with customer mission requirements.
• Create, maintain, and version‑control training collateral, presentations, hands‑on labs, computer‑based modules, and simulations.
• Collaborate with regional teams, engineers, program managers, and curriculum developers to translate system capabilities into learning objectives.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and informing product development.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience delivering technical training to international users in the Middle East.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including visits to hazard zones.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Strong initiative, ownership mentality, and ability to work cross‑functionally without hierarchical authority.

Required skills

• Expertise in Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles and capabilities.
• Knowledge of air‑defense technology, autonomous systems, advanced C2, and electronic warfare.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware/software integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Testing and validation of RF systems.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
