Country Manager / Business Development Manager

About the role

Swift Dubai is looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Country Manager / Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and expand the company’s presence across Turkiye, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Candidates must already reside in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long‑term customer relationships in the assigned markets, positioning Swift as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, translating client needs into actionable outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through post‑sales follow‑up, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Represent Swift at industry events, conferences and networking functions to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
• Demonstrate strong accountability for individual and team performance while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven success in a business development or consultative sales role, preferably within financial services or technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned countries.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Must be based in Dubai.
