Creative Designer & Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Hospitality Network is looking for a versatile Creative Designer & Digital Marketing Assistant to produce visual assets for both digital and print channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate brand guidelines into engaging graphics, email campaigns and event materials while supporting overall marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, presentations, event collateral and website/landing page sections.
• Prepare print‑ready files with correct bleed, resolution and colour settings.
• Support the Marketing Manager in campaign roll‑outs, daily communications and content calendar management.
• Create and send email newsletters and campaigns using Mailchimp or HubSpot, including template design and basic performance tracking.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end print production with suppliers, handling briefs, quotes, proofs and delivery timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print outputs.
• Produce multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and basic video‑editing tools.
• Assist with UI/UX tasks such as wireframing simple layouts and improving visual flow for web and email touchpoints.
• Monitor digital engagement metrics and suggest design improvements to increase reach.
• Proofread all content for spelling, grammar and brand accuracy before publication.
