Creative & Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Interiors

About the role

A client of Agile Consultants is looking for an experienced Creative & Marketing Coordinator in Dubai to handle graphic design, creative content and marketing within the luxury furniture and interiors industry. The role covers visual content, brand identity, advertising campaigns, external agencies and marketing materials for digital, print and trade show use. The salary is AED 8,000 - 15,000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run graphic designs and creative content for digital, print, social media and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain brand identity and keep visual communication consistent across all materials.
• Use AI-powered tools for concepts, image generation, layouts, copywriting, video and visual content.
• Design brochures, catalogues, product presentations and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with advertising and media agencies: briefs, reviews, approvals, budgets and deadlines.
• Manage exhibition and trade show graphics, print production and supplier coordination.
• Plan, publish and report on social media content, and coordinate digital, print and social media advertising.
• Support product launches, new collections, brand positioning and sales goals.
• Work with printers, production suppliers and internal teams, and track campaign performance.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Strong graphic design background in high-end furniture, luxury interiors or interior fit-out.
• Experience preparing creative briefs and working with agencies, media partners and suppliers.
• Experience with brochures, catalogues, exhibitions, trade shows and print production.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Portfolio of graphic design work, luxury-sector projects and AI-assisted content is mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for image generation, layout, copywriting and video.
• Proficiency in professional graphic design software and AI-assisted workflows.
• Advantages: 3D modelling, rendering, motion graphics, photography art direction, paid social campaigns.
