Creative & Marketing Manager – Luxury Brand & Rebranding

About the role

We are seeking a senior Creative & Marketing Manager to lead brand direction, rebranding and multi‑channel marketing for a high‑profile client within the UAE Royal Family portfolio. The role combines creative excellence with commercial performance, driving luxury storytelling and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the creative vision across all touchpoints (digital, retail, packaging, events).
• Lead portfolio‑wide rebranding initiatives, including brand architecture, guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity.
• Produce premium luxury storytelling, art direction and campaign concepts that elevate brand perception.
• Research and develop innovative packaging solutions, create mock‑ups and deliver final production artwork.
• Build and execute the annual marketing plan, integrating digital, social, PR, paid media and on‑ground activations.
• Own content strategy, editorial calendars and create high‑quality visual and written assets for web and social platforms.
• Plan and manage events, product launches, seminars and brand experiences.
• Set KPIs and OKRs, monitor performance metrics, and produce regular analytics reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in luxury brand management and creative direction.
• Proven ability to lead rebranding projects and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English; based in Dubai and able to work in a hybrid setting.
