Social Media & Content Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Social Media & Content Associate to manage our client’s social media presence, from planning and community management to content shoots and final publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including responding to comments, inquiries and messages.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars, write or refine captions, and prepare moodboards for upcoming content.
• Coordinate content shoots with doctors, trainers and other client representatives, handling schedules, shot lists and on‑site coordination.
• Perform quality control on all content before publication, ensuring copy, visuals, branding and formatting meet standards.
• Support the PR/account team with content, research, reports and presentations, coordinating projects from briefing to execution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, PR, communications, content or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a good visual sense.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage deadlines independently.
