Creative Strategist & Producer – Consumer

About the role

Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team is looking for a proactive Creative Strategist & Producer to shape and execute ideas from concept to delivery. You will craft concept‑led briefs for paid and organic campaigns and also produce content yourself, ensuring fast‑turnaround, culturally‑relevant creative that drives performance.

Key responsibilities

• Write complete, concept‑led briefs for paid static, motion, and social assets, collaborating with Product and Performance Marketing.
• Produce your own content in formats where you excel – memes, AI‑generated videos, on‑camera pieces, or other native‑feed formats.
• Spot cultural moments, trends, and performance data daily, turning them into ideas that can be shipped within the same week.
• Partner with compliance and product teams to get creative approved without losing the core idea.
• Maintain clean brief and file structures to enable easy hand‑off and iteration.

Required profile

• 5+ years in creative strategy, social, content or performance creative within a high‑volume in‑house, agency or brand environment, preferably fintech, crypto or regulated sectors.
• Portfolio showcasing concept‑led briefs, shipped work, and measurable results.
• Self‑starter who finds, pitches, and drives ideas to production without waiting for direction.
• Strong pop‑culture fluency, comedic instinct, and ability to adapt concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and X.
