Creative Strategy Analyst

About the role

The Creative Strategy Analyst will support the development of data‑driven brand and communication strategies for Mastercard’s Advisors Creative Desk, helping clients translate consumer, cultural and market insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of brand, creative and communication strategies using consumer, cultural, category and market insights.
• Develop strategic and creative briefs, presentations and client deliverables.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify trends, audience behaviours and competitive dynamics.
• Analyze research findings and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Participate in creative ideation sessions and manage multiple briefs and projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in strategy, planning, brand strategy, communications planning or consumer insight roles, preferably within advertising, branding, creative or consulting agencies.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with a proven track record of turning data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
