Credit & Collection & Customer Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Credit & Collection & Customer Relations Executive to manage customer accounts, pursue overdue payments, and deliver professional service in our Dubai office. The role combines collections, customer support and administrative duties within the Finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices, conduct collection calls and communicate payment terms and penalties.
• Maintain accurate customer statements, monitor payment status and achieve monthly collection targets.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email, resolve account‑related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and update customer records, generate monthly collection and ad‑hoc reports, and support internal administrative processes.
• Assist the sales team with account information, identify upsell opportunities and support promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Administration to resolve account issues and provide timely information to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 month of experience in credit collections, customer service or financial administration.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
