Credit & Collection Specialist - UAE National

About the role

Join a global leader in construction innovation as a Credit & Collection Specialist. You will help drive healthy cash flow by accurately managing, reconciling and collecting customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer account reconciliations and respond to invoice inquiries.
• Review credit applications, assess eligibility and monitor credit exposure.
• Support implementation of credit and collection policies and negotiate payment plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and customers to resolve payment issues and identify credit risks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• UAE National with family book.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections or Banking.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a long‑term finance career.
