Crew Leader – Aviation Refuelling Operations

About the role

The Crew Leader supports shift supervision in a high‑risk aviation refuelling environment, ensuring safe, on‑time fuel delivery to aircraft while adhering to strict HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Shift Supervisor cover during leave or sickness, then revert to Refueling Operator duties.
• Guarantee safe, efficient refuelling of customer aircraft in line with Air BP regulations, DIA Charter and airport ramp safety rules.
• Perform routine refuelling and depot operations, especially during peak periods.
• Identify and implement performance improvements while maintaining HSE principles.
• Lead emergency response teams according to the emergency manual and coordinate with external authorities.
• Issue work permits as an authorized signatory and ensure a safe workplace for all parties.
• Communicate technical bulletins, safety flashes and operational circulars clearly to staff.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders through excellent service.
