About the role

Join the Five Guys team in Abu Dhabi as a Crew Member, delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will receive training across multiple stations, allowing you to develop versatile skills while contributing to the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked work area, including restrooms and terrace.
• Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions responsibly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Assist teammates across various stations such as grill, fries, hospitality, and preparation.
• Address simple customer queries and refer complex issues to managers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a service crew or similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and hygiene practices.
