About the role

The Food & Beverage Associate delivers a high‑quality dining experience by assisting guests with menu selections, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and supporting Miral Experiences' brand values.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations, including upselling food and beverages.
Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve courses in the correct sequence.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, condiment stations, and equipment according to HACCP and company standards.
Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and ensure accurate cash float management.
Address guest complaints courteously and follow recovery procedures.
Perform opening and closing duties, including stock collection and lost‑and‑found management.

Required profile

High school diploma.
Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service.
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
Positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail.
