CRM & Marketing Specialist – Gulf Region

About the role

The CRM & Marketing Specialist supports regional marketing and communication activities across the Gulf Region Organisation. You will be responsible for managing the CRM system, analysing sales data, and providing marketing support to improve customer insights and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales data, prepare monthly reports and dashboards for performance tracking and customer segmentation.
• Monitor and manage the CRM pipeline, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and IT teams to enhance CRM functionalities and ensure data accuracy.
• Train sales teams on CRM best practices and track CRM KPIs.
• Develop and adapt marketing materials for regional use and maintain case‑study libraries.
• Assist with PR activities, social media content creation and internal communications.
• Support planning and execution of internal and external events, exhibitions and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing or commercial support roles.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic PR activities.
