CRM Optimisation Manager (HubSpot Migration)

About the role

A highly regarded international education group is looking for a CRM Optimisation Manager in Dubai to lead its global CRM transformation from Microsoft Dynamics to HubSpot. The role partners with senior business leaders to define CRM priorities and solutions, and to drive adoption and business value across a network of schools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global rollout and migration programme from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to HubSpot across an international network of schools.
• Partner with senior business leaders in sales, admissions, parent experience and integration to define CRM priorities and solutions.
• Own CRM product decisions, balancing business requirements, stakeholder expectations and strategic objectives.
• Drive requirements gathering, roadmap planning and delivery governance, working closely with technical and IT teams.
• Support the development of a scalable global CRM operating model, including best practice, adoption and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CRM Product Manager, CRM Manager or similar product-focused CRM role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience leading CRM transformation, migration or enterprise-wide change programmes, ideally across multiple business units or regions.
• Commercially minded, self-driven and adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, with the ability to challenge technical teams and evaluate solutions.
