CRM Optimisation Manager

About the role

A recruitment consultant on behalf of a client, a highly regarded international education group, is looking for a CRM Optimisation Manager in Dubai. The role leads the global rollout and migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to HubSpot across an international network of schools, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape CRM strategy, drive adoption and deliver business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global rollout and migration programme from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to HubSpot across an international network of schools.
• Partner with senior business leaders across sales, admissions, parent experience and integration functions to define CRM priorities and solutions.
• Own CRM product decisions, balancing business requirements, stakeholder expectations and strategic objectives.
• Drive requirements gathering, roadmap planning and delivery governance, working closely with technical and IT teams.
• Support the development of a scalable global CRM operating model, including best practice, adoption and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CRM Product Manager, CRM Manager or similar product-focused CRM role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience leading CRM transformation, migration or enterprise-wide change programmes, ideally involving multiple business units or regions.
• Commercially minded, self-driven and adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, with the ability to challenge technical teams and evaluate solutions.
• CRM and product management experience.
