CRM & Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, retention and lifecycle performance across multiple brands and markets. This hands‑on role requires a data‑driven, detail‑oriented professional experienced in CRM and marketing automation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute personalised campaigns across email, push, in‑app, WhatsApp and SMS.
• Create lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation and win‑back.
• Build customer segments using behavioural, transactional and lifecycle data.
• Track campaign performance, run A/B tests and optimise based on results.
• Manage communication frequency and targeting across channels.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to improve tracking, customer events and CRM capabilities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation and automation.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and customer behaviour.
• Experience in e‑commerce is preferred.
• GCC market experience and exposure to Arabic/English campaigns is a plus.
