CRO Content Manager, AI-First

About the role

Own the brand voice and conversion content engine for a $1B+ e‑commerce brand, building AI‑driven workflows that accelerate content production and make a bold brand believable at the moment of purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operate AI workflows across customer research, strategy, copy, creative briefs, quality checks and experiment learning while retaining editorial judgment.
• Turn technical product features, customer concerns and complex briefs into persuasive buying arguments for US‑focused PDP and landing‑page copy.
• Build a repeatable content system, define hypotheses, run CRO tests, interpret results and continuously improve messaging frameworks.
• Coach and develop CRO copywriters, set brand standards and provide briefs for email and social teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years progressive content strategy and marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing content teams.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear, conversion‑focused copy.
• Proven impact on business performance with measurable results and clear attribution.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• AI workflow creation and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, n8n).
• Conversion copywriting and editorial judgment.
• CRO, A/B testing methodology and web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting experiment findings.
