CRO Executive – Conversion Rate Optimization

About the role

This remote CRO Executive position offers a pathway to grow into a CRO Consultant role while working with leading e‑commerce brands. You will collaborate with senior consultants, designers, developers, and clients to turn data‑driven insights into measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior CRO consultants in understanding client goals, website performance, and optimization opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities using analytics, user‑behavior tools, website reviews, competitor research and industry analysis.
• Develop evidence‑based recommendations and translate them into actionable briefs for design and development teams.
• Own initiatives from discovery through implementation, QA, launch, monitoring and outcome review.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates, and gradually lead client communications and account direction.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project coordination abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Genuine interest in e‑commerce, customer behavior and conversion rate optimization.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Proficiency in GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Use of analytics and user‑behavior tools to map customer journeys.
