Crust Server Assistant

About the role
The Crust Server Assistant supports the food‑and‑beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, helping to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests in a luxury waterfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist servers with taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
- Support setup and breakdown of dining areas for service periods.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to special guest requests.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude.
- Strong understanding of food‑and‑beverage operations.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced team environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a restaurant setting.
