Crypto Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Crypto Recruitment Manager will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a leading crypto‑native media and technology business. Working directly with senior leadership, you will build and execute talent acquisition strategies across multiple functions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer and onboarding for roles in crypto, growth, partnerships, operations, product and engineering.
• Partner with the CEO, Chief of Staff and senior leaders to define hiring priorities and talent pipelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, GitHub and Web3 community channels.
• Advise leadership on compensation, market trends and recruitment infrastructure.
• Continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks and onboarding experiences.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within blockchain, crypto or Web3 sectors.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions and international markets.
• Strong network of talent in crypto, digital assets and related technologies.
• Experience working in a crypto‑native organization or specialist crypto recruitment firm is highly desirable.
