Culinary Internship

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at DIFC is offering a culinary internship with an expected start between December 2026 and February 2027. The programme offers personal and professional growth, with a schedule of 6 days per week over 48 working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Prepare mise en place for daily operations.
• Assist with plating food items under supervision.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment and storage areas.
• Support chefs during breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquet operations.
• Help receive, store and label products, and reduce food waste through proper handling.
• Take part in training sessions and observe culinary techniques and kitchen workflows.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and stewarding teams.
