About the role

The Culinary Senior Ambassador ensures exceptional culinary experiences for guests throughout their journey, representing the brand and delivering high‑quality food that turns visitors into loyal fans.

Key responsibilities

Deliver flawless culinary experiences and maintain consistent high‑quality food service.
Perform all operational tasks in F&B production according to service standards and procedures.
Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, address guest concerns, and manage service recovery.
Go the extra mile to delight guests and prevent complaints.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma in catering; college degree in hotel management preferred.
1–2 years experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
Good knowledge of local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines.

Required skills

Food hygiene knowledge.
Understanding of HACCP guidelines.
