About the role

The Culinary Senior Ambassador will ensure exceptional culinary experiences for guests in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering flawless food quality and service.

Key responsibilities

Deliver consistent high‑quality food and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Conduct all operational tasks in F&B production according to service standards and procedures.
Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors and address guest concerns, ensuring effective service recovery.
Go the extra mile to prevent complaints and turn guests into happy fans of the restaurant.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma in catering or a college degree in hotel management (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
Good knowledge of local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines.

Required skills

Knowledge of local food hygiene practices.
Understanding of HACCP food safety standards.
